Overview
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s the deal:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery (not the purchase date). If more than 7 days have passed since your package was delivered, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable products
Gift wrapping and personalized notes
Customized products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Taxes, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank — sometimes it takes extra time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and can’t be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to swap for the same item, email us at (service@layali-horizon.com) and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Gift certificate
If the item was marked as a gift certificate at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
Once we get the item back, we’ll email you a gift certificate.
Shipping Returns
Please contact us first before sending anything back. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we’ll cover the return shipping.
For international returns, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, customs clearance charges, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
For items valued over $10, you must use a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without it.
